Observations

We have found that almost every person taking the program, after a few days, has found that their strength and stamina has increased. Some body builders, like Greg in Lindenhurst, Mike in East Islip, and many who closely watch and monitor their muscle tone, have found that they can lift up to about 20% more weight. It makes sense because the increased nutrition to the muscles would increase their respiration and operational function.
